Weekend at the Lake

This past weekend we had the privilege of spending a long weekend with our bestest of friends on Lake Travis. The Baileys made the trek from Abilene to meet up with the Stricklands, Moffitts, and us. We had a house full-8 adults and 5 children-luckily everyone had their own bedroom and there was plenty of room to spread out! We enjoyed lots of fun outside playing in the lake, watching the kids play and just enjoying each others company. We had a little birthday celebration for Davis Friday afternoon, and the little boys even got to go for a quick ride on the sea do’s (don’t worry grandmas they were right around the dock and they never left neutral). We are incredibly blessed to have these very special friends in our lives; their like family to us. It’s fun to share the good and bad with each other and to know that they’ll love you just the same.
